Reliable and works well

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We’ve had no trouble with this lock since we installed it. Admittedly, I just learned you can lock your door remotely and that is seriously a game changer. I also appreciate how you can set different codes for different people.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The lock is pretty good. I got 2 and 1 of 2 jams consistently despite troubleshooting. The battery life seems decent so far and I like that you can control it with the ring app the decrease apps needed.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great concept for being able to consistently change the access code for rental property. The only negative is that it’s not backlit, so guests tend lock themselves out. press it to light it up and that counts as a digit and can lock himself out.
