Easy install - poor support

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The lock and handle were easy to install. I had some trouble adding the lock on my wife’s account. When I called the next appointment for a call back was in 2 days. Not ideal.

Great Lock

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had to replace the builders inferior kwickset electronic lock, which only operated in z-wave with a hub. That was no good for me. I love the audit feature and alerts for when it’s unlocked. Awesome product

Flawless Smart Lock

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have used a lot of smart locks on our different properties. Currently we have 12 smart locks but the lock we keep repeat buying is the encode. It’s consistent and Harty. It will even reset itself if the door want closed correctly. The notifications on the app are amazing and its ability to use blue tooth and wireless makes them work rain or shine, we live in florida where hurricanes and lightning strikes are a regular occurrence but we never have problems with our Schlage Encodes. Trust me, they may cost a little more but your time is way more valuable then return trips to the big box store or having to return a manner lock that is cheaply made. We love them and will keep buying them.
