Installation Headache

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Physical install is easy but I cannot connect wirelessly to the device. I’ve spent hours looking up answers on the internet and answers varied from resetting device, removing reinstalling batteries, factory reset and even quickly pressing the connection button 4x in a row. Nothing. Now I need to wait to contact customer support. This is a brand new out of the box product but at the moment it’s a headache.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

It looks great, was super easy to install, and connected instantly. Love that i can check from my phone to mske sure I locked the door. So happy I finallydon't need a key to get into my house.
