Notifications on the app are slightly delayed but history and remote capabilities as well as scheduled lock is really nice. Would definitely recommend

Great lock for short term rentals!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have five short-term rentals and have used the Encode lock for all of them. The app handles multiple locks and is easy to program with a pre-written instructions that you can text message the guest with. This Locke is absolutely perfect for the price and the only thing that I can think of that would make it better would be if it had a motion sensor keypad light. The black on black can make it difficult, but not possible to see the numbers in dark locations. 5-Stars
