Both units are crap.

Neither will connect to my WiFi, even when I cripple the router down to 2.4Ghz only... Something I haven't needed to do with over 20 other home automation devices in my home. And my router is less than 15' from either door. One of the units refuses to complete it's firmware update... I've tried six times and given up. Very disappointed in these Schlage products. Especially at their cost. Too late to return them or I would.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great Lock and works with Ring!

Looks great on the door and the user features are pretty easy to get used to. Bonus is that it works with ring app so you can go to one place and use both this item and other security cameras.
