Great features and pretty convenient when it works

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I chose this product before it looks and convenience. Although I do have to say, I do occasionally have issues with a lock having problems, but the reason I continue to use them is because I like to have everything in one app and Schlage offers a fantastic warranty. If they didn’t, I wouldn’t give it five stars. The only downside is the downtime and officially they send the replacement lock to the wrong location, but overall I would still use them again
