[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very easy to install. Came with multiple pieces to make it easy to align. Love the ease of the app and can lock wherever. I trust the durability and feel protected. We love the matte black color. So easy to connect to the app and get real time updates.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We’ve had the smart lock for about a month now and I don’t have any complaints. I’m truly hoping it can withstand the direct evening sun coming in from the west. Our front door faces the west. Our doorbell camera didn’t have much luck on that one. I do wish the buttons would light up with nearby movement, but this is easily resolved by pressing the bottom left corner of the touchscreen, which then lights up the numbers. My husband installed it, it may have taken about an hour, but we also bought a new latch/doorknob. The app is somewhat easy to use, and my iPhone & Apple Watch opens it easily as well.
I would recommend this to a friend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My previous Schlage lock worked well for 5 years. I upgraded the lock to have remote control. The lock was easy to install. Everything fit together perfectly on a standard door. Once the app was downloaded, it was easy to connect the lock to my WiFi router. I was able to remotely add access codes and lock/unlock the door from a distance quickly. The lock looks great.

I’m really happy with my Encode Plus Smart WiFi Deadbolt! I love the matte black finish—it looks great and gives the door a clean, modern look. One of my favorite features is being able to unlock it with my iPhone or Apple Watch. I also really like being able to create individual access codes for different people.
The installation process wasn’t too difficult, although I did have to watch a few videos online to help with the installation.
I would recommend this to a friend!
