Not the greatest documentation

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The lock functions great, but the main problem is that the instructions on how to set up the functionality are not very comprehensive, and I had to spend a lot of time on the Internet troubleshooting. The functionality is pretty good.

A amazing home improvement

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’m not super into smart home stuff, but this thing was easy to set up and works great. The app is simple, the keypad lights up nice at night, and I like being able to lock or unlock the door from my phone when I’m not home.
The lock feels strong and well made, not cheap at all. I also like being able to give my family their own code instead of worrying about keys all the time. The matte black color looks clean and modern on the door too.
It costs more than a regular lock, but in my opinion it’s worth the money for the convenience and peace of mind. I’d definitely recommend it to anybody wanting a smart lock that’s easy to use and dependable.
