[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I installed this about 6 weeks ago and it has already been useful. A guest locked themselves out and could not get the door open and I was able to unlock it remotely . It is great to monitor the property when I am not there.

Love my new lock!!

I chose to spend the extra money on the new Encode Plus and I absolutely love it!! When you get home and your hands are full, the iPhone unlock feature is a game changer!!

Locks are nice but seem to lose connection

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have 10 of these locks onsite for rental unit use. The ease of the is amazing however we struggle with keeping the locks connected to the app, may just be wifi strength, but it definitely puts a wrench in the usage when they are not connected.
