Don't know how I lived without it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I manage vacation rentals and I insist on these being installed in all my units. Many units pay high monthly fees for remote access lock systems. But there is no monthly fees with the schlage. And the new Encode doesn't require a separate box to be accessed through the internet. It's a real time saver to be able to setup unique codes for guests, owners and vendors. I can see who is entering and when. No matter where I am. Gone are the days of meeting guests at units and running down at 2am because they lost their keys. Happy customer!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This was a very easy deadbolt lock to install. It fit right into my existing door lock cutouts. Everything connects via wifi, and works flawlessly. Makes it easy to control from phone if needed, and generate custom temporary codes for people.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Encode Plus is super nice to have as it can store many codes and can be easily be used on the app. It is simple to setup and use. The downside is that the battery life is shorter than another Schlage smart lock I have. I also had some issues with the lock. However, Schlage was super responsive when I submitted my warranty claim. They sent me a new lock within a week! Overall the good outweighs the few shortcomings.
