Great access tool

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I installed this on my garage and cabana bath. Now the grand kids can come swim and get access to the bathroom, and I don’t have to hide an outside key for the house cleaner. I’m never locked out.

Smart Lock that works with Apple Home

It's really modernized the check in process for guests and takes care of issuing codes for each guest as well as deletes them after guests leave! Flawless connectivity to the app and Airbnb. I would highly recommend this to other Airbnb hosts.

Easy to install, tricky to use

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My mistake was buying the matte black model, though our door is painted black so it seemed like the best match. The problem with the black matte model is that unless the keypad is lit up the numeric touchpad is awfully dim. Our porch is covered so that doesn't help. So, the user must guess where to press the first number of a code. The backlit keypad lights up once that's done, so entering the rest of the code is relatively easy. But if you touch the wrong number or miss the number a bit, you'll enter a wrong code, wait for it to notify you of the error, and wait more for it to give you another chance. Imagine doing that in a hurry. A workaround is to first touch the checkmark icon, lower left, which will light up the keypad, thereby making keypad entry much easier.

Great deadbolt
