Lock works great, app has problems

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We've been using the lock for awhile, it works really well and does everything you'd want one of these locks to do. But the app has "forgotten" the lock a few times and I've had to factory reset the lock in order to re-add it. Luckily, you don't need the lock that often, so it's not a huge deal.

Great Product

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We had the level lock and it was not to our liking. The battery died so fast all the time and then I had to be home for the lock to be useful. I replaced it with this one and it has been awesome. I have not changed the batteries in it yet and I’ve had it for about 6-9 months. Well worth it and would buy it again.
