It’s great to be able to give codes to family and friends that expire after a certain amount of time. We absolutely love these. Would love to get more for all of the doors of our home!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve tried several smart locks now, and the encode plus has far exceeded the rest as far as reliability and battery usage. I bought this lock because of the HomeKit integration, and after a couple years now it’s one of the devices I’ve had the fewest issues with.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We’ve had this for about a month now. Before this, we had a different brand smart lock that always had connection issues. This one has been smooth since we got it! I do wish it had a sensor to alert me when the door is ajar. It just autolocks whether the door is open or closed, which is unhelpful

Easy installation, flaky app and Apple integration

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've been using this for a month. The physical setup was easy. Unlocking via code has worked every time. What takes a few tries is setting a new code. The app doesn't always connect. I also haven't been able to add it to an Apple home, unfortunately missing out on the Plus feature of iPhone compatibility. This setup is too tricky for me to figure out
