Great product, poorly worded instructions

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Everything about Schlage is great except the wording on how to program the keyless deadbolt. Please just say enter your personal 4 digit code you wish to use at the appropriate spot instead of saying the program code. We finally got it!

Simpler design and installation

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Old similar unit failed-broken wire inside. New unit very simple to install but no beep when battery installed and battery must be absolutely new. It now works fine but still have to add more user codes - could you make that simpler? Getting rid of AA batteries is a plus.
