Hope this works better than last one

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought model BE365 before. After a few years, this wouldn’t either work as a combination or with the key. I hope this one works better than the last one. Currently, I am checking to see if the warranty is worth anything. I find it odd that you have to return the product, when you cannot do without a lock on the door. We’ll see what happens.

Easy Install

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this lock to replace a broke Titan deadbolt. The hole wasn't big enough, so we wound up calling a locksmith. With a professional in the house, the install was even faster. We were also happy to know that this is one of the better locks out there.
