Short battery life!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We installed this lock on a rental property about six months ago. It is used in frequently and when we return, the batteries were already dead. We replaced it with new batteries, but still can’t get the keyless entry to work.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Replaced an old similar model. This one was easy to install. The new model and old models both used a 9 volt battery. New model is harder to access and replace the 9 volt battery. It also no longer has the exterior posts for connecting a 9 volt temporarily in the event the internal battery runs low. Looks good. Fit up well. New so I don’t know durability.

Best door handle & lock I've ever owned.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This product is easy to install and program. I really love my new door lock and handle. Its easy to use and looks beautiful. A big bonus is that it's extra safe with my mother that has dementia and will try to wonder.
