[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I just replaced a lock just like that, the old one held up for about two years in the west facing sun, the new one hopefully will hold up a little longer, but the lock itself works well

Not really happy

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It was difficult at most. I had it installed today and he had a heck of a time lining up the two pieces together on the door. I don’t know if I will even be able to replace the battery by myself when the time comes.
The lock I have on my back door is a kwickset and it is so essay to change
Batteries. I can also lock it from the outside. I can’t seem to find the button to lock from outside. Now that I had it installed, I’m kind of stuck. The lock wasn’t cheap but it sure is difficult. I don’t want to have to pay someone to change batteries. Any suggestions? I wish I would have know these features before I bought.

Great Choice!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Installation was a little tricky and I had to change the knob direction which was super easy. Overall very happy with the design, esthetics and function of the lock. Two thumbs up!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought my first Sclage Encore Smart Lock after doing research on line. Besides, the Sclage name is iconic with years of experience and design in the lock field. I had my carpenter install it into a newly purchased door. Buy I set it up for my Mom who has 4 hone health aides. Now, instead of juggling keys each aide has their own code. Works flawlessly and I can open or close the lock from my phone. Looks great, works great and highly recommended.
