Only downfall is the spring mechanism. I had to purchase another handle assembly due to the last one failing and did not have original purchase receipt

Great product. No more keys

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The product was very easy to install but it did take a minute to line up the inside face plate because the inside lock knob needed to be lined in the correct position. It was also helpful that I used the Schlage YouTube video to program the lock

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Easy to install (be sure to read the directions first). I’ve owned one of these locks for around 10 years. Very reliable and handy when you can’t reach your keys or accidentally leave them in your house. I liked the finish of this lock the best as it went with other fixtures in my house.
