Lock had lever going opposite way from box photo

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this yesterday and taking it back today because lever was going opposite from photo on box. Instructions show connection piece from 4 pin plug to battery connection but that’s not what the lock had so no way to connect the battery to the pin plug. Called service number to get help and was on hold 10 minutes minutes before I hung up. Taking it back today.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Nice handle
