[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Buttons wear after awhile but normal wear and tear is understandable. Lost keypad #1 so we bought a new one. Same one because it was easy and I knew it was reliable

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Just installed on a service door to my garage, install was easy and straightforward. Feels beefy and secure. Only reason I didn’t give 5 stars was the instructional routing for the wiring was vague, but it’s not hard to tuck them in a way that works. Ergonomics and tactility is great- the paddle handle is great for using your elbow when coming and going from the garage when your hands are full, and the unit responds quickly, and I appreciate the master code being labeled inside the unit for future reference!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Super easy install and set up. Looks and works excellent! Great for having family visit or pet sitters and you can just give them a code. Versus, making a duplicate key and having a bunch of keys running around!
