Does exactly what I need it to do

Easy to use/install, but poor quality control

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought two of these. Both had damaged levers coming right out of the box. One lever had a noticeable dent. The other lever had a bubbled paint finish that flaked off easily. When I complained to Schlage and asked for replacement levers, they wouldn’t help me. I cannot believe they allowed these leave the factory. Very poor quality control. On the positive side, they are easy to install and the app is easy to use.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great features easy to use

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this for a new door. It is easy to use and program. I wish you didn't have to push the handle so far down to open the door. My other lever door handle doesn't require that, making it easier to enter with arms full of groceries.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I ❤️ my Schlage locks so much 1 wasn't enough , 2 wasn't enough,sooooooo I brought 4. 2 for our Airbnb 2 Schlage Encode and 2 Schlage Z Wave for my office. Each with Camolt Georgian Handle set. As soon as I save up a few more $$$, I'm gonna buy 4 more for my home, so I'll know which of our adult children "borrowed" something without asking 😆.
