Good lock - replaced BE479

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This lock replaced a prior version that Schlage supplied after over 6 years of operation. The lock does everything ell, including a lower power that will make the batteries last longer.
This was one of my most favorite things about m remodel of the house. I will never have a house without a Schlage electronic Wi-Fi lock.

Consistent Performance and Phone Support

I was surprised to have phone support available when I needed help switching the lock to a new wifi router after a nee internet service was installed. The phone support makes the expensive lock more reasonable over the life of the lock.

Instructions could be made better

Print the instructions larger please. We are not all in our 20’s.
Instructions mentioned the Code. but didn’t say where to find it.
It was a sticker on the top of the page. It required a magnifying glass to read. Is paper really that expensive
