Easy easy replacement install

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was able to replace the old Schlage lock which goes back 30 years with this one With just my labor. The only catching point was that you needed to put the cover on the inside bolt first before you screwed it in. It appeared to be too big, but once I figured out that you need to put the cover with the screw through it it worked.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Faulty keypads, sticking keys, code loss and locks that won’t open electronically or manually. Very hard time getting warranty support. A lot of run around and delays.
