Easy to Install and use! Don’t hesitate

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am someone who is not good with technology. This was simple! I can change my door codes as needed and see who is coming in and out with the lock codes after they enter it. Fantastic product! I got 4 of these and all work perfectly.

Connection is Sketchy

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Purchased this lock for the auto lock feature. Door locks automatically at set time, which is great, BUT you cannot set an unlock time. Door can be unlocked through an app on your phone, but I often get a message telling me that there is no connection with that lock. We travel often and I like to be able to unlock my entryway during the day for deliveries. I’m disappointed.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
