Never go for a cheaper alternative

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Having purchased 13 of your locks over 8 years for our motel room doors when we needed one for the office door.How wrong we were to do so we had trouble with the first one returned it then trouble with the replacement so we went back to your trouble free locks. Well done on a great product
