Great for rentals!

Encode Plus still has IT issues to fix

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] If you’re unfortunate to have your Encode Plus series disconnect from WiFi it won’t always reconnect. If you try to remove and reinstall it, you are plagued by errors of the same lock appearing in the Schlage App each time it was connected and intermittently giving you error messages. So far no fix available other than deleting your entire account or buying new locks. I’ve used Schlage for nearly 15 years and have 7 of their encode and encode plus with one lock that just doesn’t want to work correctly.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
