Started having trouble connecting to WiFi

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have had our locks for 3 years and they worked great until we switched internet providers. They started having trouble connecting and then stopped connecting altogether. I have tried every troubleshooting method shown and can’t get them to work again. I expected them to last more than three years.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
