Love it! Second time purchasing

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This will be the second time purchasing the same door lock. Worked great until it gave signs of needing to be replaced. Upon inspection, found out the wires were worn due to being in the wrong place when we installed. Follow instructions and you should be fine. Probably would have lasted a few more years.

Enjoying the product

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great system so far. We have 2 rentals and a beach house on the app and it has a worked like a charm. Just need to keep an eye on the strength of the batteries in the locks. A lot of usage runs them down more quickly.
Its actually pretty neat to be able to lock and unlock the doors from afar.
