[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Couldn’t tell what was going on during install- no confirmation of activity needs a response for the user’ if blinking green lock is connected and …’ had to restart 3 times until I understood it was updating and not ignoring me.

Love the lock and app

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have this lock on the front and back door and love the simplicity of unlocking and locking. I also love the app it is easy to tell if the locks are locked and lock them if they are not.
