Great when it works

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It’s a great when it works and requires an Apple home at additional cost. Install is relatively easy but setup is confusing and down right frustrating. And there is a known problem that Schlage will not admit but there are solutions on Reddit to resolve when the battery compartment gradually warps when exposed to repeated sunlight. Too bad that Schlage doesn’t admit this design flaw and fix it but wishing isn’t going to make it happen.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

We feel safe with our Schlage lock
