The lock is difficult to install and didn’t work

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The lock is difficult to install and then didn’t work. The shaft was not moving even though the mechanism was sounding like it was turning. Wasted a lot of time and left with nothing but a hole in the door. Plus it’s not even WiFi. More Homedepot junk being sold.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I put one in our last home and really wanted to take it with us. A contractor damaged the second and I knew I wanted the exact one again. Quick and easy to install. Very easy to program and use. It is a lifesaver. I would highly recommend this product.
