I bought two, one is a pain in the butt to get connected to internet the other one was a breeze. I have reset it multiple times, followed all the instructions. It’s just a pain. And if the lock detects any resistance at all it doesn’t lock.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The deadbolt came with our newly-built Lennar home, so they must’ve been the least expensive model Schlage makes. They lock and unlock. The keypad or a key can be used. The app isn’t very good, and my wife was not able to get hers to work the lock. It also sends me an alert that I used my code on the keypad every time I use to unlock the deadbolt and there’s so way to make it stop.
I would recommend this to a friend!
