Excellent Motor and App

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I absolutely love this lock!!! I had 2 quickest ones prior and they were terrible, had to change them out multiple times because of the motor. This Schlage one is fabulous just with the motor itself, it’s so powerful that even when my door is slightly misaligned it will push the latch through with ease. Also I love that the lock is connected to the app which makes it easy to check to see if I actually locked the door or not! It’s a 10 out of 10 for me

Good lock with a few issues

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The locks work well but I have never got them to work with apple home without first setting up wifi through the schlage app; this tends to drain the batteries faster than the expected 6 months, closer to 4 months. The tolerance on the replacement deadbolt catch can cause the door to failing closing without manually hold the door in place.

Great smart lock

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My installer didn’t core out the deadbolt enough, so I did and now it locks through the shlage app. I’m having difficulty setting it up on Apple home. It gets to the connecting part and fails. I do like the product and would recommend it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It can be a bit difficult to pair with smart home devices in order to set up multiple codes, but overall I really enjoy its functionality, especially where I can tap my iPhone to unlock it.
