Great WiFi connected deadbolt

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Abiut 2 months in and it works well. Wish there was an option to choose the backlight brightness on the keys for elderly. Fast enough but I'm sure there are faster locks out there then this but works for us. Would like to see a failsafe option when the lock is tried 3-5 times to open with wrong codes. May be having the option to open with the keys or remotely reset the failsafe from the app. Connectivity with cloud apps could be better and have more practicle voice command option through the cloud apps.
Over all good product and can be a better one with consistant updates.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve had my Encode Plus installed now for over 6-months. It has worked as described. Very convenient to use with my Apple Watch and iPhone. Install and set was fairly straight forward. My only complaint was product availability. It took nearly six months to get one.

Wish is connected to Apple better

I have not been able to get the QR code to scan on my iPhone reliably or the tap to connect feature. And the one time it did scan the Apple home card would not work and did not show up on my phone. I was really looking forward to those features.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've have Schlage SMART lock on my house since I closed and it's super easy to set up and use! The first one I had malfunctioned where it wouldn’t connect to my wifi. I called and they sent me a new one, just like that!
