Sturdy lock and Usually No Issues

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve been using this lock for about a year and haven’t had any issues besides it freezing up one time and Schlage Team was very helpful although they had to send me a new one in the end.
However, compared to my old namebrand smart lock this one is still amazing and I would choose it every time

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very great. Easy to set up. I like the app and the notifications I get. The only issue I had was the battery dying 3 months after moving in. I’m not sure if the building company put in cheap or used batteries though.
