Best Smart Lock available

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I currently have 11 encode smart locks on our vacation rentals. I have used all the other brands as well and found this one to be the most functional and user friendly which is extremely important with guests in and out. Only engineering mistake I have seen with this lock is the lack of rubber gaskets where the lock meets the door. If you are in a humid climate, you will have to silicone the inside and outside to prevent moisture from corrosion on the internal parts.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Great connectivity

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Switched from another (K)ompetitor that struggled to connect to my phone. This lock has solid WiFi connectivity, Apple HomeKit works great and it looks wonderful in flat black.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This product is great when it works, but the battery drains quickly, it also disconnects and has to be “reset” at least once or twice per month. I have had to leave work at least 3 times in the last 6 months because it would not lock when my child left to school or was not able to get into the house because the keypad was “offline.”
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
