Better than my last lockset

The installation is so simple; after the lock was installed the syncing took under 5 minutes! The actual app itself is easy to work with and so far the batteries last a lot longer than my previous locket.

Burns thru 4 AA batteries every week

Great product has some kinks

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like that you can see all entries exits on the app but there are some things missing.
When someone puts an incorrect pin in, the app should allow us to see what pin they tried to put in.
Sometimes when the software has a new code made for the door it doesn’t work for 24 hours or more.
