[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Easy to install. I was looking for a smart lock that I could control by my phone and Internet for my second home. I like that I can issue access codes to each member in my family as well as cleaning crews and maintenance. I am alerted who is my house and if the door is locked or unlocked which I like. It keeps a record of date and time and who is entering or leaving my house. I chose this Encode Plus because it also works with my property management software Owner Rez and will automatically assign rental guests codes based on their phone numbers and access time for their rental period only. I do wish the beeps were louder and have tried adjusting.
Also note if you are installing this new and connecting to your WiFi, use the Schlage app first! I tried to use the Apple Home app first and had to reset as it would not recognize the lock. By using the Schlage app, I am successful. I have not tried to hook up to Google Home or Apple Home and only use the Schlage app.

The lock I didn't know I needed

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Wow. The app tells me when the door is locked or unlocked and lets me do either remotely. This is a game changer for rental properties- no more lockouts! And, leave the house in a hurry? Not sure if you locked it- no problem- just check the app and lock up while youre at work. Also amazing for seeing when your petsitter is coming and going.
