Works great!

I had tried a different electronic lock and it would never work as intended (buttons wouldn’t always register) and the Schlage works just as one would expect and want it to! Simple. The competitor’s lock? Unfortunately going into the garbage, waste of $$

Great electronic lock with awesome features!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this lock about a month ago to replace an older version Schlage electronic lock I've had for over 9 years. This Encode lock is WORLDS better! The locking action is smooth and quiet and the phone app works so much easier than the old programming method. Very easy to add/delete codes and virtual keys. I can instantly look at my lock status from anywhere, lock/unlock from anywhere and have a running log of every lock access by date and time stamp. So far the battery life is excellent and there is a battery % life indicator on the app.
I paid more than I wanted, but now that I see what I get, this lock is worth every penny. I highly recommend it. Take care with the installation, make sure everything on the lock works smoothly without binding (do not overtighten) and you'll enjoy convenient security for your home and family.

Appreciate the flexibility

It was fairly easy to set up, and we appreciate that we can set different codes via the app, as needed. For example, a few months ago, we were able to easily set up a temporary code so that a neighbor could take our dog out after we got unexpectedly held up dealing with something else.

Great when using Bluetooth, but not WIFI

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great lock, but you must have internet capable of 2.4 Mgh. I have a newer internet provider and it only has 5.0. There should be a disclaimer on the Encode packaging. Doesn’t work for me. :-(

Love this Smart Lock!! Best for Airbnb!

It’s amazing!! No more headaches losing the keys, the best investment for your money!
