Great Lock

The Schlage was already installed and we just need to configure it. It was easy process and quickly we were up and running with the configuration.
The lock is solid too and easy to use.
So far having great time with lock.
One thing need to improve is knob need to be tighten. Just like new one.

Really Great Smart Lock!

Better features than Sense but has a few issues

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have just purchased this lock to replace a Schlage Sense that we have had for about 4-5 years. With that model we had to replace the extra hub it required twice before the lock failed completely. Interesting thing that same exact failure happened with my parents lock at the same time. So out of convenience and familiarity we went with Schlage again. My husband was not a fan of the plastic internal parts and installation process and he has installed a number of these types of locks. Hoping that the bugs have been worked out over the past few years and that we’ll be up and running for a long time.
I would recommend this to a friend!
