Great product, can’t use basic lock without app

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I did not like that I can’t utilize the basic functionalities of the lock without setting it up through the app. For example, on initial first installation I should be able to press the lock button and it works without the usage of an app configuration that’s just asinine.

Love All My Encodes!

It has a sleek, modern design that instantly upgraded the look of my front door. One of my favorite features is never having to dig through my pockets or fumble with keys again. Whether I’m carrying groceries, luggage, or other items, unlocking and locking the door is quick and effortless.
The remote access feature has also given me tremendous peace of mind. My elderly parents occasionally forget to lock the door, and being able to check the lock status and secure it from anywhere is incredibly reassuring.
