peace of mind

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] had one of these installed during our remodel in January on our front door. in the 4 months we’ve been using it we’ve had no problems. the Schlage works ok but mostly use the Apple home app which it paired easily with & works flawlessly even with our not so great wifi. as I’m currently home bound it’s nice having the piece of mind that if something was to happen & I needed medical assistance I can come count on the lock to work.
took one star off as setup is easy but could be improved, app is just ok & keypad numbers are hard to see use especially when it’s sunny. would buy again.
I would recommend this to a friend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The compatibility is phenomenal with the Ring app and Apple home works very well with iPhone and very easy to use. well made and solid built dead bolt and simple to install.

Great remote access, but not perfect

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When they work, they’re wonderful. Great ability to lock and unlock remotely. I have had problems with the locks at battery replacement deleting the account and having to reset them manually- a real issue for a door that is far from where you are based. I wish the batteries lasted longer, especially in cold weather. Installation was easy if you already have a deadbolt.
