Nice lock. Works well for church door access.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Used to replace an old single combo door lock when we replaced the door. Works well with all the features we needed. It was temperamental when initially connecting to wifi, but generally works as advertised.

Best keypad lock I’ve ever used!

I love the extra features with locking /unlocking my doors with my phone and Apple Watch as well as giving each of my family their own access codes! It was also easy to set up and install!

Works well but hard to setup

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Purchased this smart lock to replace an older Schlage encode lock that works fine but does not have the “Plus” features. First issue is the smaller screws that hold the front panel onto the plate are a bit too short. I have found this with all 5 of our Schlage encode locks. Every time I have to purchase longer screws from the hardware store. The second issue is the connection to the phone for hands free unlocking. I still can not get this to work. But the lock/unlock is way faster than the old lock and just as secure so there you have it. But it on sale.

Very convenient

Set up was a bit frustrating as it wouldn’t connect to WiFi.
After the 5th attempt, I did a factory reset then did the set up for Bluetooth. Once the iPhone connected, using the app did the WiFi set up and everything worked.

Sturdy Dependable Front Door Lock

Only issues I’ve had is condensate can leak inside lock & ruin motherboard.
