[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The comfort of being able to install and connect alone was great. The overall experience has been great. What makes things better is the ability to connect my Apple Watch Phone and Alexa makes things a lot easier especially when my hands are full

Safe And Secure!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is an amazing lock that works like it says it will. Connecting to wifi was simple, allowing me to check my lock status, lock or unlock from my phone, plus add and delete codes. The deadbolt throw secures the door fully, and the installation is straightforward with easy to follow instructions. The first one I installed caused me to buy two more for my warehouse. The interface with my existing system was a pleasant surprise. This is an excellent product. I have used less expensive in the past, and wasted my money on them. Thi is worth every penny!

Needs some improvements

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The access codes randomly don’t work sometimes. It’s good for the most part but that’s super annoying and I wish you could unlock it from the app when you’re far away if you need to let someone in. You can only lock it from far away on the app. Installation was fine but setting it up was a little laggy.

Short term rental

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great lock for my short term rental! You can set different codes for each user, control it from your phone and it looks great with the matte black. Super easy and convenient. The only change I would recommend is to have it light up so when using at night, hard to see the numbers
