Solid product with a few hiccups

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I replaced my traditional deadbolt with the Encode Plus. Installation was easy, but they didn’t include the extra security plate that has the needed holes for the strike installation. Box was sealed and didn’t look like a return.
I enjoy the features, like notifications, but one drawback is that without an Apple Home system or new gen Apple TV, we can’t use two Apple smart phones to lock/unlock, just the main account.
I would recommend this to a friend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was unable to connect to my Bell WiFi network, the research says I have to connect to a 2.4ghz network. They could improve the software and connect to 5ghz networks.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Worth the splurge for peace of mind!

This model has Bluetooth connectivity, which comes in handy with power or internet outages. The ability the unlock the door from anywhere, seals the deal for me!

Peace of mind

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Having a smart lock is such a game changer in so many little things when it comes to entering and exiting your home. The lock has been everything that we hoped for and we love having mobile access and notifications whenever the door is opened.
