[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Using my iPhone to lock and unlock is excellent! Might have to install one on another door!

WiFi Setup Difficult

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love the versatility of this lock, but initial setup was extremely difficult because it wouldn’t find my WiFi. It’s my opinion that the WiFi receiver is weak at best and is a design flaw (but I’m no expert).

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] As a parent I really appreciate that there are numerous ways for my child to open the door after school (Apple Watch, keypad, or key). Installation was pretty straightforward and connecting to devices was fairly simple. The main drawback I have is that you need to touch the keypad to have it light up and in doing so it uses whatever number you inadvertently hit as the first number of the code which generally requires me to put the code in twice if it is dark and that is the method I use. Fortunately I use my watch most of the time but visiting family have some difficulty when using the code.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Super easy to install, and it feels like a very solid lock. It was easy to setup on the app as well though still need to figure out how to unlock with my phone. Feel much safer now knowing my doors are locked at night or when away. Keypad is really easy to use as well.

Awesome Remote Connectivity

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This has been great allowing contractors into the house while remodeling a home. I don’t have to be there and can unlock the door from anywhere. Also getting instant updates when the door is lock or unlocked is reassuring.
