[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] All I can say is WOW! Hello 21st century. This is one of the best things I’ve done to my house. I can literally lock and if needed unlock my house from anywhere. Seeing as my 84 year old father lives with me so I can take care of him I can make sure the door is locked but in the event of him needing emergency services I can unlock it at a moment’s notice. It also allows me to open the door even though my hands are full or I can’t get to my keys. Installation was about as easy as it could get and it work flawlessly with my current door hardware. The user interface is really easy to navigate and I’ve never had any connectivity issues. I will definitely be putting more of these on the other exterior doors.

Great lock, Ubiquity wifi requires some extra work

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Lock was very easy to install and setup. However if you have a Ubiquiti network at your home you will need to create a network that is 2.4ghz only. Once I created that network and set it to its own private VLAN that bypassed my DNS filter it works great. I’ve been using it about 4 weeks now and it’s worked perfectly.

Dependable with modern tech

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Sturdy. Good looking. Unlocks with Apple Watch. Dependable with WiFi built in. Can’t seem to lock/unlock from Google Home event though it’s integrated. Asks for PIN and still doesn’t control it.
