Great product!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We like these locks and they are the only thing we have on our home. Easy to setup and look nice. My only complaint would be the amount of time the batteries last prior to replacement. We use high quality batteries and they still only last a few months on our more heavily utilized doors.

Zero problems quick install

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This has been rock solid. Installation and connecting both through the app and Apple HomeKit was a breeze. The only (small) issue I had was on the battery replacement - where is seems the new Duracell AA don’t work. Energizer and Kirkland are just fine. Very weird but doesn’t bring the rating down.

Reliability and security in one

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I installed this lock after going through two other brands. The first one which starts with a K worked well for about 6 months but it got too buggy after a while. They replaced it under warranty but it was the same. The second one was a disaster. This Schlage lock has been very consistent and reliable. I’m hoping it lasts a long time. Schlage has a good rep so I’m counting on it. I took off a star because I’m having issues with the Apple home key but I still haven’t figured out if it’s something wrong with the lock or the Apple home key itself.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Awesome Multi Access Lock

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I absolutely love this lock. It has multiple entry options, which makes it super convenient. I can use the keypad, a physical key, or even my iPhone to access it. I’m also able to lock and unlock it remotely, which gives me extra peace of mind when I’m away from home. One of my favorite features is being able to see a log of who entered my home and when. It even has a built-in alarm for added security.
The aesthetic is also very attractive on the door frame — it gives a sleek, modern look without being bulky or distracting. It blends in nicely and really upgrades the overall appearance of the entryway.
