[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The directions could have been more user-friendly however it was not difficult to install. It connected easy to the wifi and provided good security.
I would recommend this to a friend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love being able to remotely check and ensure my doors are locked, no matter where on earth I am. The ability to open my doors by tapping my phone is a game changer!

Love this lock!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Really love this lock. Had a Schlage remote lock in the past when it finally died after years of service we replaced with a cheaper lock that didn’t have remote features. Hated that lock. Went back to Schlage and don’t regret it one bit. This is a great lock!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Easy as any new door lock.
Connects to wifi easily. Hesitated over the price at first. Worth every penny. Buying another for our personal property also.
Love it.

Terrible install and app experience!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Installation mounting machined screws missing from package. Had to rummage up my own.
The app sign in experience was a nightmare! It would not allow me to create an account. Had to call Schlage support. Not very impressed so far!
