Easy to install, works immediately

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Super easy to install this smart lock and it works immediately. The only gripe I have is that after linking the lock to the app, I had to unlink it. It took forever to try to re-link the lock to the app afterwards, but it required a hard reset to work. They need to explain somewhere that that's the only solution.

Tremendous Remote Monitoring and Security

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have short term rental properties around the country and the Encode is installed on all of them. I remotely monitor the lock activity, give housekeeping temporary codes, unlock the door for contractors, reset codes on a regular basis, plus the lock is gorgeous and has a strong deadbolt mechanism. Will continue to buy them for my properties.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Expensive but reliable so far (1 month since installed). No issues with network connection and battery life has been great so far (10% used in a month) with 4-6 uses per day. Connected to Apple Home and can use Apple Watch or iPhone with no issues
