[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have a home in Ft Myers that we Airbnb, we live on Grand Island NY, near Niagara Falls. We had a keypad Schlage ock that I liked but I absolutely love the Encode Smart WiFi lock. The features are well thought out, allowing up to 100 different codes that can be temporary or permanent and deleted when they are no longer needed. All of this can be done through the app! I assign a new code for each guest. I use the last 4 digits of their phone number so it is easy for them to remember and make it active during the dates they are staying. It gives me a new level if security that I did not have before. Before I just had one code, through reports of my neighbor there may have been times that people we using my home without permission. Now, through the app, I get notifications when the door is opened or locked and which code was used. I have separate codes for my cleaners and a few neighbors. Another nice feature is that the lock can also be linked and managed (only lock and unlock remotely) through my ring app. I also bought a ring doorbell. I can not express how much this new system has eased any anxieties about renting from a distance. It is worth every penny.

Great for keyless entry

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this when my children started getting off the bus before we'd be home from work. The probability of them losing a key was high, so this makes it more simple. You can use a key as well. You can also set different entry codes for different people, like a cleaning person, for example. Then you'll know who entered the home if you don't have a camera. You can also change the codes for renters or individuals who are no longer authorized to access your home. It lights up at night also so you can see the keypad. I opted for the wifi version so I can see if my kids have locked the door from work, and if not, I can lock it. I can also use Alexa to lock and unlock my door.
