[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have 5 of these installed in various areas and couldn't ask for better. Works well, connection is easy and stable. User friendly setup and management. When using the app it is at its best. Plans are to purchase a few more. Also I recommend this to friends and customers.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my second lock with the encode plus. It worked flawlessly for the first month. Then the mother (?) burnt out and I was receiving a lot of jams. Attempting to try it with the second lock and hope that it goes better this time around

Great for Short term Rentals
on August 21, 2026

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve been using this Schlage lock for my short-term rental and it has been a great upgrade. Installation was straightforward, and the lock feels solid, secure, and well built. Being able to manage access without handing out physical keys makes guest check-in much easier and gives me better control between reservations. The interface is simple to use, connectivity has been reliable, and creating or changing access codes is quick. It also gives the property a cleaner, more modern appearance. I would definitely recommend it to Airbnb or other short-term rental owners looking for a dependable and convenient smart lock.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We love our Schlage lock. We have the previous version in our other home and wanted to upgrade to the more tech-y one which allows you to open with phone/watch. Easy to install, connects well l, batteries last and it fits our style. Definitely recommend to anyone looking. Also interfaces with Airbnb.
